German Thoroughness – International Workflow

All MultiFinish machines are developed, manufactured and assembled by our technical personnel in Germany, ensuring the highest level of quality in all of our products.

When we receive your sample pieces our Test Laboratory staff performs an in-depth analysis to determine what system (MF Series Centrifugal Disk, or MFD Series Drag Finishing) is needed to achieve your desired results. Depending on the product, we normally return your finished parts within 2-3 weeks, although some samples require more time. For products that are suited to our MFD machine process we typically design and build a custom holder for your product. Our experienced team then process the part and record all details in a preliminary Test Report. The Test Report includes before and after photos, along with our recommendation of a suitable machine and consumable combination.
