MultiFinish MF machines are mainly used for the deburring and rounding of small and medium-sized mass produced components and offer you the possibility of wet and dry processing: fine grinding and polishing to a high-end finish while taking into account our special process technologies.

An optimised interior geometry of the container delivers a high-quality result. The continuous use of the air-cool system for dry polishing permits constant processing, even with the finest polishing agents (< 0.5 mm) and contributes to keeping the temperature of the fine loose material constant even during long-term use (e.g. shift work). During wet processing, the water/compound mix is constantly fed in and drained off, and the depleted debris is flushed out. Highly wear-resistant containers, the Turn & Lock gap adjustment system and digital timers are standard features on all systems of the table top MF series.
The MultiFinish program for centrifugal disk finishing machines offers different sizes for wet and dry processing. All MF machines can be used in combination with up to 4 bowls.

The MF series is available in six different volume variations:
• 5 litre and 8 litre systems for the processing of small quantities
• 16 litre and 22 litre systems for medium-sized batches and average multi-layered operation
• 60 litre and 180 litre systems for large batches and multi-layered operation in industrial applications
