Walnut granulates
The very fine polishing granulate are made out of walnut shells and ensure careful material removal in the microscopic range. You will obtain a very smooth surface and brilliant shine, comparable to a hand polish, in a very short time. A certain quantity of polishing paste should be added during the polishing process. We offer the corresponding walnut granulates in different buffing grades ex stock. These range from D-50 (rough) to D-500 (very fine).

D-100 – Ideal for pre-polish
D-200
D-300 – Standard granulate
D-400
D-500 – Very fine polishing granulate, can not be used in all machines (air-cool system required)

Coconut granulates
Coconut granulates are ideal for the pre-polishing of gold and silver. You can obtain these from us in the two buffing grades DPGC-20 and DPGC-30. The main difference here is in the size of the granulates. Polishing oil, pastes and powder can be added.

Wood polishing bodies
Polishing bodies made of wood with geometric shapes, e.g. pins, cubes and trapezoids are used in the area of dry grinding and dry polishing of workpieces. A small quantity of polishing paste can be added to the polishing bodies. You can obtain wood polishing bodies from us in the following sizes:

2.5 x 2.5 mm (cube)
4.0 x 4.0 mm (cube/trapezoid)
6.0 x 6.0 mm (cube/trapezoid)
2.0 x 10.0 mm (pins)

Corn/maize granulates
This granulate is excellently suited for the drying of all kinds of different parts. It also achieves an additional polishing effect, comparable with purifying on a double spindle polishing machine from the jewellery sector.

Porcelain polishing bodies
Polishing bodies made of porcelain are used for the wet polishing of metal alloys. They are especially suitable for the polishing of difficult workpieces, since the separation gradient is significantly reduced. They attain the best results if your edges are rounded and the surface is smooth. You can obtain the porcelain polishing bodies from us in different sizes and shapes.

Plastic lenses
The oval plastic chips are mainly used for dry polishing as well as in the high-end finish area. Examples: pharmaceuticals, implantation technology, jewellery and high-end materials. The rounded polishing bodies have a size of approx. 3 to 6 mm.

Stainless steel polishing balls, pins and cylinders
The main application area is the micro-densification of surfaces with a simultaneous high-gloss polishing effect. Available in the following dimensions:

N-K Ø = 2.4 mm
N-K Ø = 3.2 mm
N-K Ø = 4.0 mm
N-K Ø = 5.0 mm
